Dr. Forni is deeply committed to staying current with advances in podiatric medicine and surgery — including specialized techniques like "The Bunion Slide" (a minimal incision, triplane 3D correction) and Lapiplasty (3D triplane Lapidus bunion correction).

Our Practice
AFP Podiatry, LTD operates two fully equipped offices in the Chicago metropolitan area — one in Northwest Chicago and one in Roselle at the Schaumburg-Roselle border. Both offices feature free parking, easy access, diagnostic ultrasound, digital X-ray, and full surgical capabilities for in-office procedures.
We offer flexible scheduling including morning, afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours by appointment. Our phone staff is available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM to schedule appointments, and emergency calls are accepted 24/7.
